CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel up to 4 hours before the start of your appointment. By entering your credit card information, you agree to accept to pay 50% of your service if you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment or do not show up. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, it’s easy to do so by calling our Jax Beach location at 904-372-9590.
LATE POLICY
We understand “life happens.” If you are going to be later than 10 minutes for your scheduled appointment time, please give us a call. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to perform the service requested and may need to reschedule your appointment.
